The use, access and consulting of Amaneo.ch implies your full acceptance of these terms of use for advertisers.

All advertisements on Amaneo.ch must be in accordance with:

• The present Terms of Use

• Data protection regulation

Principles for the publication of advertisements:

Amaneo.ch makes it possible for you to insert almost any type of ad.

In addition to complying with Swiss law, you cannot:

• Place an ad that is prohibited

• Place an ad of bad quality

• Place an ad in an inappropriate category

• Place a series of ads for the same subject in several categories

• Place an ad for goods or services that do not exist

• Use Amaneo.ch for fraudulent or illegal purposes

• Place an ad in a language other than English, French, German, or Italian

Ads that are prohibited:

• Weapons and ammunitions in violation of Swiss law

• Counterfeit or contraband goods or services

• Human body parts and fluids or human waste

• Propaganda or with racist, abusive, sexist, hateful, xenophobic, anti-Semitic, etc. • content

• Personal messages

• Publicity

• Promotion of illegal activities

• Pornography in violation of Swiss law

• Illegal drugs

• Medications

• Non-transferable contracts

• Stolen property

• Sale of alcohol and cigarettes to persons who are not of legal age

• Pyramid sales

• Ads which redirect customers to other web sites, shops, or businesses

• Ads from direct or indirect competitors

• Ads for winning money (contests, lotteries, etc.)

• Ads requesting loans or contributions

• Political messages

• Etc...

Disclaimer

Ads are placed by persons who are not connected with Amaneo.ch and over whom Amaneo.ch has no control.

As the insertion procedure for advertisements is automated, surveillance of all ads by Amaneo.ch is not possible.

For these reasons, Amaneo.ch cannot be held responsible for ad content nor for errors or omissions contained in ads nor for any non-objective, lawful, or unlawful content posted on the website.

Amaneo.ch cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, notably any loss of profit, clientele, data, or any other incorporeal loss (and this, even if Amaneo.ch was informed about the possibility of losses) arising from the use of or, on the contrary, the impossibility of service utilization as well as costs arising from acquisition of goods or services, receipt of messages or transactions occurring during service utilization or unauthorized service access by a user.

Modifying / Deleting Ads

Amaneo.ch reserves the right to view, at any time, advertisements before their diffusion.

Amaneo.ch reserves the right (without constituting an obligation) to refuse or move any content available through the service.

Amaneo.ch reserves the right to delete or remove any content that violates these Terms of Use or is in any way objectionable.

You agree to exercise discretion and bear all risks associated with content utilization , notably when relying upon the timeliness, utility, or completeness of content, whether created by Amaneo.ch or by others.

You acknowledge and agree that Amaneo.ch can archive ads and, if necessary in the event of judicial procedure, disclose content to defend the Terms of Use conditions, to respond to any claim of violation of rights, and to protect the rights and interests of Amaneo.ch, it’s users, or the public.

Account Termination

You acknowledge that Amaneo.ch has the right to terminate access to part or all of your account and password, as well as definitively remove your account in the event of SPAM, flood, or if Amaneo.ch has good reason to believe that you have violated or acted in contradiction with Swiss law or in contradiction with the inherent principles of these Terms of Use. You agree that termination of service access can be applied without prior notice and you agree that Amaneo.ch reserves the right to immediately deactivate your account or any ad or reference present in your account and/or refuse all ulterior access to accounts or services. Additionally, you agree that Amaneo.ch cannot be held responsible towards you or another party for any termination of service access.

Service Modification

Amaneo.ch reserves the right to modify and temporarily or definitively interrupt part or all service without prior notice. Amaneo.ch cannot be held responsible towards you or another party for any modification, interruption, or suspension of service.

Pictures/Photos

Pictures/photos utilized should not mislead customers and must present the subject of the advertisement as realistically as possible. Utilization of pictures/photos without owner’s authorization is prohibited.

Reimbursement

In the event that an ad is deleted for not respecting the conditions of Terms of Use or any other reason, particularly if the advertiser wishes to delete his advertisement, money debited from the account/credit card will not be returned to the advertiser. In no case will there be reimbursement. Amaneo.ch may choose, in certain cases, to credit the user with an equivalent free advertisement.

Amaneo.ch reserves the right to freely, and at any time, modify the general conditions of the Terms of Use of it’s website. Each user connecting to the website is advised to regularly consult these Terms of Use conditions in order to be informed of any eventual modifications. Renewed utilization of the website, with it’s gradually modified Terms of Use conditions, constitutes the user’s full acceptance of the general conditions of the Terms of Use enforced at that time.
